  • Fats of the Delicheese group are excellent substitutes for milk fat also in fat blends, cheese-like products and analogues (hard cheeses and filata paste), melted cheeses, etc.

Elstar Cream B are carefully selected vegetable fats based on palm oil and its fractions and lauric oils.

  • Elstar Cream B is a fat used as an additive in the production of many food products including vegetable creams, yogurts and dairy desserts.
  • It ensures excellent properties of the product such as excellent whipping and stability of creams.
